Kevin brings expertise in leadership and management training, while Rocky extends the community-driven spirit of his Express Employment Professionals franchise.
Our mission at Express Pros Training is to help organizations achieve sustainable purpose, health, and results through targeted management training and leadership development. Co-Founder
Kevin draws on 13 years as a healthcare executive to help teams overcome obstacles and build motivated, high-performing workplaces. He combines practical leadership strategies with a focus on creating healthy work cultures that drive success.
Rocky Gill
Co-Founder
Rocky founded Express Employment Professionals of Tyler to help local businesses grow through better talent. He launched the Modern Management Program to tackle turnover by developing stronger leaders.
Jamie Pollard
Marketing & Communications Director
Jamie Pollard, a Tyler native with a degree in Business Marketing, brings creativity and precision to her role in marketing communications. She is dedicated to building cohesive brand experiences that align with the company’s vision.
